General Questions

Why am I not able to access your site on some devices?

1. You will need to have cookies enabled on this site to access some of the features available.

2. Due to the amount of spam and hacking that takes place on genuine websites these days we have a spam and hacking prevention system installed on this website which detects threats from malicious sources. If you feel you have been blocked by mistake then please contact us immediately. Please note that we take spam seriously so all threatening behaviour will be logged and reported.

3. Please note that the Internet Explorer browser can be troublesome for many websites. Although we have tried our best to keep this website compatible, it has come to our attention that some sites, including Paypal, need to be added to the compatible view settings via the tools menu in some versions of Internet Explorer to view the site correctly. You may also need to update your Internet security software.

4. Some mobile devices do not allow flash content, which may affect your user experience when displaying videos, or posting a reply in the forums which include videos.

5. If the website is not displaying correctly, this may be due to a recent update which may have been implemented. Try clearing your browser's cache before contacting us.

6. Every now and then our host may be doing maintenance work and our website may be taken offline for a short period of time without warning. This is out of our control and doesn't happen very often.
